1. The service
Yarnivo is a browser-based tool for designing cross stitch and knitting colorwork charts. A free account lets you create and edit charts, subject to the limits described on our pricing page. Yarnivo Premium removes those limits and unlocks chart downloads.
2. Premium payment & activation
Premium is currently offered as a one-off payment by international bank transfer. After you submit a Premium request, we will email the account details to the address you provide. Premium is activated manually once we've confirmed receipt of your payment, typically within 1–2 business days. Submitting a request is not a guarantee of activation until payment is confirmed.
3. Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error, or Premium was not activated within a reasonable time after payment, contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
4. No auto-renewal
Premium is billed as a one-off payment for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically — access simply reverts to the free plan at the end of the period, and your charts remain safe and accessible.
5. Your content
Charts you create remain yours. We store them to provide the service (locally in your browser, and in the cloud if you're signed in) and do not claim ownership over your designs.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Yarnivo to upload or generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates applicable law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Yarnivo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
